Mark's funeral will be held Friday 27 February 2026 Details are on the Last Hurrah website.
Brunswick Mallet Sports Club is saddened at the sudden death of Mark Wilson, member of Brunswick MSC and husband of Kate Patrick, President Croquet Victoria.
Mark suffered a major stroke and could not be revived. He died surrounded by his loving family.
We, at Brunswick , are in shock. Mark was a total gentleman who will be missed by all at Brunswick.

The Victorian Croquet Open Doubles 2026 Tournament was held on 21st and 22nd January
17 pairs battled their way through the block rounds on Day 1. The players were seeded into 3 blocks with the top 2 from each block going though to the 6 team round robin on Day 2.
“Australia Day GC Tournament 2026 “was held at VCC on Friday 23rd January 2026.
Weather proved very favorable for this event and allowed the players to play unheeded in the moderate heat.
Croquet Victoria Open Singles Golf Croquet Championship for 2026
Australia Day saw the finals of the “Croquet Victoria Open Singles Golf Croquet Championship for 2026” played at the Victorian Croquet Centre from 24th Jan till 26th Jan. Competition was of a really high standard and the final was an amazing Best of 3 match between Felix Gelman White (Williamstown) and Richard Hingst (Williamstown). Felix was the victor over Richard 4/7 7/2 7/5. Third placegetters were Lachlan Berryman and Jack Williams. The Plate was won by Alister McDougal from Boort who remained unbeaten in all 5 games he played.
