The 3rd WCF Women's World Golf Croquet Championship will be held at the Victorian Croquet Centre from the 21st to 28th November 2009.

public transport
In order to reach the Victorian Croquet Centre by public transport (other
than taxi), it is best to catch a suburban (connex) train to Ginifer Station, which
is on the Watergardens line. From this point, there is an infrequent bus
service (Bus number 423 going towards Brimbank Shopping Centre for the
VCC, or on the return from VCC to Ginifer towards St Albans), or a walk of
20-30 minutes. If catching the bus, get off in Furlong Road near the
intersection with Ken Jordan Road or Cairnlea Drive - the Victorian Croquet
Centre is visible to the north a short walk away.
A single ticket covers the combined journey. Holders of a Seniors Card from
any Australian state or territory can buy a "Seniors Daily Metcard" for
$3.40. This ticket allows transport for the whole day on the entire
metropolitan train, tram and bus network. Other people will need to buy a
ticket which covers the zones travelled: Ginifer is in Zone 2 whereas the
city and central areas are in Zone 1, so a Zone 1 and 2 ticket is
appropriate.
