We are the State Sporting Association responsible for croquet across Victoria and Southern New South Wales.
Established on 18 June 1914 as the Victorian Croquet Association, we trade as Croquet Victoria.
Under our current rules, we lead and develop croquet in Victoria by coordinating and supporting Association Croquet, Golf Croquet, Ricochet and Gateball, played in 91 clubs across 13 regional associations.
Visiting the Victorian Croquet Centre

Women star in President's Eights
VCC was recently host to the 2018 ACA Golf Croquet President’s Eights. This prestigious event is played in four groups of eight. The first three eights are selected by world rankings. Players make an expression of interest to compete, and the top 24 Australian ranked players fill the top three eights. A fourth eight is the next eight ranked and available women players.
Fleur Brockway (WA) won the First Eight - the first woman to win it since these events have been held - and Judy Wembridge (Vic) won the Second Eight.
Monash keeps AC flag flying
Although the Monash Croquet Club was founded on Association Croquet 19 years ago, today almost all members play only Golf Croquet - only 4 play Association Croquet.
Despite this, an Annual Association Tournament continues to survive. Held from 8 to 11 February this year, it attracted 18 participants - the highest number of entries ever in Divisions 2, 3 and 4.
Twelve clubs were represented, including three from the country.
